With the assistance of Tan Hassani and Counsels, LEASCOR a Clark based charter airliner has acquired two ATR72-500s.
The ATR 72-500 is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft designed and manufactured by ATR (Avions de Transport Régional), a joint venture between Airbus and Leonardo. With a maximum seat capacity of 74 passengers, the ATR720-500 is one of the more spacious private or chartered flight available.
Chartered flights in the Philippines are a popular option for private individuals, corporations, and even government agencies who need to travel to destinations not served by commercial airlines. Chartered flights can be booked through various aviation companies that offer a range of aircraft types, from small turboprops to large jets.
The firm, Tan Hassani and Counsels is LEASCOR’s legal counsel and has assisted the company in this milestone. With the expertise of the firm’s senior partners, the transaction between LEASCOR and the seller Israir was swiftly and meticulously conducted.
The Israeli carrier announced a deal to sell 4X-ATH (msn 931) and 4X-ATI (msn 962) in early January 2023 but continued to operate them through January 15 and January 17, respectively. Both ATR – Avions de Transport Régional turboprops remained at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion airport until the transaction was completed.
The ATRs are now in Clark and are fully equip to serve its new route. Seen in this photo are the two new aircrafts left and center.
